Alert: Work Study Award and Confirmation
A few things to note:
1. The Financial Aid Office continues to process awards until the start of school, so some of your returning students may not receive their award until August or September. Our goal remains to let you know directly who amongst your returners were offered and have accepted a work study award by the end of August each year.
2. The SEC will send out a fresh batch Confirmation of Work Study emails twice weekly until the start of the quarter. Each week, the email distribution list will catch any students who have accepted their work study award since the last time the email was sent. Students will only receive this email once. (We can send it to the student again if the email is lost.)
3. The students have been instructed to save the email and send it to you as their confirmation. This replaces the old blue confirmation sheets of years gone by. View a sample, work study award confirmation.
